Our multi-omics study revealing an RNA-seq Ikaros/Aiolos signature for CELMoD response in multiple myeloma is accepted at AACR 2026!

Excited to share that our abstract on a novel Ikaros/Aiolos transcriptional signature in multiple myeloma has been accepted and will be presented at the AACR Annual Meeting 2026 (April 17–22, San Diego, CA)!

Our work presents an RNA-seq based Ik/Ai activity score derived from preclinical genomic data and validates its association with patient response in CELMoD-treated multiple myeloma patients.
